Hi All,

I need to format entire rows in Sheet1 Data sheet A2:Q8000

Names are in Column F starting F2

I need to highligt all the rows in the Data Sheet where the names match with those in T2:T1500

Thanks in advance

Highlight A2:Q8000

Create a conditional formatting use using a formula:

Code:
=ISNUMBER(MATCH($F2,$T$2:$T$1500,0))

This will highlight an entire row if the name in column F is found anywhere in T2:T1500.
