Determining a % based off a value.

Cell C1 has the value that will change in $5,000 increments. Starting with $100,000

Cell B5 has the % (formula) that will change based on C1 value: This value should change according to the table below based off C1 value.

Appreciate any help!!

Table in A9:B9
250,0002.3%
200,0002.15%
175,0002.00%
150,0001.7%
125,0001.55%
100,0001.4%

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
can you change the order of the table - start at 100,00
then use a vlookup()

=VLOOKUP(C1 , $A$9:$B$14 , 2 , FALSE)

That works when the value is exactly one of those values.
I'd like it to also return the lower of the %'s if between either of those.
if value is $105,000 | % = 1.4%
if value is $130,000 | % = 1.55%
if $170,000 | % = 1.7%
