Need help in use of IF function

Hello Friends

Today my Boss give me some work in excel but i face some problem in it. So i need your help.

I have one excel file like below,

Amt	% of Cash
48000	55
55000	65
32000	32
56000	80
110000	78
130000	90
250000	66
260000	74

</tbody>

I have given these conditions to apply on the above table.

Two Conditions	Outcome after apply of condition
if Amt is upto 50000	55% or above	BR
if Amt is upto 50001 to 100000	65 % or above	BR
if Amt is upto100001 to 200000	75% or above	BR
if Amt is upto 200001 to 500000	60% or above	RO

I can not figure out how to use the IF function or any other function in this situation. I want to apply the TWO conditions so that i get the out come either BR or RO in the adjacent column in the first table.

32000 32%


32000 is up to 50000 but the percentage 32% is NOT 55% and above so what are you epexcting the result of this to be?
