find last value

Hi All

I have a sheet of data (Sheet2)

I would like a formula to go in sheet 1 cell F3 that will return the last value from column C of sheet 2.

any ideas?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Sort by date Sort by votes
=IFERROR(LOOKUP(REPT("z",255),Sheet2!C:C),LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,Sheet2!C:C))

Just do a single LOOKUP form the above as appropriate if you're only dealing with one type of data, e.g. numbers or text
