Its currently set up as follows: =IF(B41="","","Client A Expenses: "&B41) but I want to add another cell in this case B42 to that formula to capture Client B's expenses.

How do I tie that in correctly?

Excel Facts

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Try to set up your table like this:

B
C
D
40Client Expense
Client #
41US $ 500
Client A=IF(B41="","",C41&" Expenses: "&B41)
42US $ 1000Client B=IF(B42="","",C42&" Expenses: "&B42)

Just Drag the formula down to your range.
In case you wish to combine both the expenses in one cell, try this one: =IF(B41="","",C41&" Expenses: "&B41)&". "&IF(B42="","",C42&" Expenses: "&B42)
