Hello

I have an ISO 9000 Requirement to track Vendor Performance. I need help tracking performance in Percentage on on time delivery.

Pivot table:

Requested Due date: C7
Vendor Name: D7
Date Received: O7
Performance Rating: P7 (Unable to determine % based on Completion dates Vs Due dates.) Often Date Received is blank.

Help please.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
You need to add a column to your data, if not already there, that indicates if the specific delivery was on time or not. With that, your pivot table would only need Vendor Name and On Time (yes or no).
