Need help with IF formula

This is a question I am struggling with to help one of my students....

In the Profit - Loss Summary worksheet, in the cell D8, use the If function to show Close if the SUM of C9:D9 is greater than22500 and Not Close if it is less than or equal to 22500.

Try: =IF(SUM(C9:D9)>22500,"Close","Not Close")
