I setup a drop down box, how can I use the item selected to auto populate other fields?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
When you say Drop Down Box

Do you mean Data Validation List

And so what fields do you want populated and with what.

The answer is yes but we need more details

If you enter Peter into Range("A1") using Data Validation what do you want to happen.

And when you say Field I assume you mean cell.

I figured it out one option by using the Data Validation feature and setting up a drop down box that way instead of using the Developer feature. You can easily tie to formulas to the information that is populated in the drop down box.
