Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
It could be a format problem with an image you have embedded into your file. Normally, a JPG image will not produce the error, but AVI images might. You could try converting your image to a different format using Paint application to create a JPG image. Also, your temp file and clipboard could be part of the problem and cleaning these might also help.
