Copy One column Multiple times based on a value in one specific cell

Hello Everyone.

I would like to know if there is a way to copy an entire column and insert it "X" number of times where "X" is a value in a specific cell

For Example

I want to copy the column C:C and insert it to the right, 4 times, where "4" is the value in the cell "A1".

Would you please help writing this code

I'm so sorry, but I've one more question, how to make it automatic updated every time I insert the number in Cell A1
as example if I put number "4" in the cell A1, then the macro will work automatically and insert the 4 copied columns

This needs to go in the relevant sheet module
