What is the best way to sort mass data through a pivot table. I'm fairly new to pivot tables and want to sort by ship-to's but there are so many that the pivot looks overwhelming. These are the columns I'm having to handle.

<colgroup><col span="6"><col><col><col><col span="6"></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
here are examples what i'm using. field items are seller, sold-to, ship-to city, ship to state, material, deal id, deal id valid from, ship conditions, but I have over 50 ship to's I have put in the data.
