I have a list of addresses in Excel that include the county of each person. I would like to do a mailing for two of the counties only. How do I separate these addresses out?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
You could filter by "country". When you filter data, you have an option called "Text Filters" where you can choose a custom filter. Go through the steps and in the first box select "Contains" and enter the name of the first country. Click the "Or" button and select "Contains" in the second box and enter the name of the second country . The data will be filtered accordingly.

Yes. I did filter by county, but it not carry the address line with it. The county only was sorted.
Thanks tho. Any help will be appreciated
