I have about 40 customers some providing 1-10 ingredients each. Rather than having a worksheet where I have to enter Supplier 1 10 times once per each of 10 products is there a way I can enter the data like its a card.
entry :
Customer ABC
Date Approved : June 2010
#Products Approved: 4
Product 1 : Bananas
Product 2: Tomatoes
Product 3: Yeast
Product 4: Olives
Current Rating : Preferred
Scorecard: Exceeds

I would do this for each of the 40 customers, again some have more ingredients than others.

Thanks for your help.
