Macro to prompt user to select a table from a list

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
You could use a userform and combo box to list the tables, once the form is displayed they can select from the combo box to select the table they need to view. Example code to list tables from a sheet is shown below and also the code to check if a sheet has been created to list the table names and if not create it then the code to list the combo box. See if this an acceptable start point.

Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
Dim ws As Worksheet
For Each ws In Worksheets
If ws.Name = "Table Name" Then
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
Sheets("Table Name").Delete
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
End If
Next ws
Sheets.Add(After:=Sheets(Sheets.Count)).Name = "Table Name"
Dim xlTable As ListObject
Dim xlSheet As Worksheet
Dim I As Long
I = -1
Sheets("Table Name").Activate
For Each xlSheet In Worksheets
For Each xlTable In xlSheet.ListObjects
I = I + 1
Sheets("Table Name").Range("A1").Offset(I).Value = xlTable.Name
Next xlTable
Next
Do Until ActiveCell.Value = ""
Me.cboTableNames.AddItem ActiveCell.Value
ActiveCell.Offset(1).Select

Loop

End Sub
