Hi all,
What I am looking for is a quick VBA solution for this issue. When the sheet "opens" I would like it to search row 3 in the spreadsheet and match the dates in those cells to the current date and move the cursor there. I can't for the life of me remember and when a friend wakes you at 4am to ask you this question because he needs it for something tomorrow morning... it breaks me. Any help would be great.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Maybe this....but what if there is no match ???

Code:
Sub workbook_open()
Dim lc As Integer
lc = Cells(3, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column
For c = 1 To lc
    If Cells(3, c).Value = Date Then Cells(3, c).Select
Next c
End Sub
