How to determine 1st, 2nd, or 3rd "Monday" (or any given weekday) a specific date represents

I am looking for formula that can tell me if a given daterepresents the first, second, third and so on of that particular weekday.
For instance, I have a column with a list of days (columnA), and I have a column beside that (column B) that identifies what day ofthe week that date represents via the WEEKDAY function. I am trying to figureout a formula that can take the given date and determine that it represents the1^st Monday of the month, or the 3^rd Thursday of theMonth, etc.
I have searched thru numerous online forums, and I haveseen multiple variants of this question, but none meet my specificrequirements. Most list the date of the 3^rd Monday, but I need theinverse of this functionality. Any ideas?

Sorry, but it should say list of Dates in column A. As Example

Date Weekday
1/1/2019 2 (Mon)
1/2/2019 3 (Tue)
1/3/2019 4 (Wed)

=INT((DAY(A2)+6)/7)

Or maybe

=MID("^^1st2nd3rd4th5th",INT((DAY(A2)+6)/7)*3,3)&TEXT(A2," dddd ""of the month""")
