I'm trying to save changes to a file and close it.

I've read enough posts to understand that I need to set DisplayAlerts to False, but I still get that dang error that the file already exists and do I want to "save a copy".

The file was created using a prior "SaveAs" command. I noticed is shows as "[Read Only] in the workbook frame at the top. Not sure if that is the problem.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Code:
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
wb_wf.Close SaveChanges:=True
If ws_set.Range("F14") = "No" Then Kill (FileLocation & "WF Pivots.xlsx")
Application.DisplayAlerts = True

Thanks for the reply. But still not working - it does skip asking me if I want to save a copy, instead goes directly to a folder-selection screen to save the copy.
