I am trying to calculate the average amount of days a request takes.
In my raw data I have a formula which takes off the day when received, to the day which is completed.

I also have a field which determines which quarter it falls in, and a field which business area it is in.

I can get it displayed as a SUM, but when I click on average it states "Averages, standard deviations, and variances are not supported when a PivotTable Report has calculated items"

So, my question is, in the PivotTable how can I get it to calculate the average (based on number of days/number of RAISED occurrences?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
