Need help, I have a form built in Excel and in one field in sheet1 cell b32, there are multiple values separated by commas. This has to be this way for ease of filling in the form. its a dropdown list with VBA that allows multiple selections, work great.

For reporting I need the individual values splitting out and copied to new cells in Sheet2 starting at D4, with each value in the cell below the previous, so down the column.

I have read a few articles on various methods but struggling to understand the coding or logic, this needs to dynamically update so either VBA or a formula. I can't work our where to start with this one, any ideas welcome.
