repeat a row each nth

Hi,

I want a my first row of a long document be repeated not only in the top of each printed page but also in the middle, is it possible ?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
