Formatting Date withing Concatenate using Index Match

Hello,

I am pulling together a string of data including a date with Concatenate and Index/Match. What is being returned is the serial date. How do I format it to a presentable date? It is the index match highlighted in red.

Here is what I went with an worked. I figured if TEXT would work I would want it just to apply to the INDEX since there was a few other numbers being pulled in I didn't want changed

=CONCATENATE("WO ",INDEX(WL[WORK ORDER
'#],MATCH(B2,WL[BE],0),1)," WF BE ",B2," ",INDEX(WL[Building Name],MATCH(B2,WL[BE],0),1)," Scheduled ",TEXT(INDEX(WL[Start Date],MATCH(B2,WL[BE],0),1),"MM/DD/YYYY"))
