Hello,

If cells in column AE = "REMOVE" then I would like to delete cells Z:AD in the same row, but not the whole row. How would this be possible? Thank you.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Untested, try this on a copy of your sheet:
Code:
Sub REMOVEzToad()
Dim c As Range
For Each c In Intersect(ActiveSheet.UsedRange, Range("AE:AE"))
    If c.Value = "REMOVE" Then c.Offset(0, -5).Resize(1, 5).Value = "#N/A"
Next c
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
'On Error Resume Next
Columns("Z:AD").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, xlErrors).Delete shift:=xlUp
If Err.Number <> 0 Then MsgBox "No cells with REMOVE in col AE"
On Error GoTo 0
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
