I'm looking for some insight from anyone that has any experience with reverse engineering a 'Secure Excel File' or saving it as a regular excel file? Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
You mean a password-protected file?

After opening the file using the password, File > Save as, click Tools, click General Options, clear the passwords, press OK, then save.

This sound like getting around workbook security which the board does not permit
- if that is not what you are trying to do then further details would be helpful
