Lock/Freeze cells in a formula

Hi,

In Cell C1, I need a formula that sums C2:C4, but each week, I need to add a new row of data ontop of C2.
The data in C4 should shift out of the locked cells.

I need to know the most current 3 weeks performance.

help appreciated.
