Efficient way to merge data

I have all of the data from our third-party analytics tool - all in CSV files. The format comes out as this:

Considering that there are hundreds of such CSV files, manually copying and pasting takes too long. An automated solution would be perfect for this, but I'm not sure how to proceed.

Any help would be appreciated. :)
