highlight row from another workbook based on values

Hello,

I have a folder, called folder1, inside I have 2 workbook, workbook A and Workbook B (2 excel files inside folder)

What I want:


In workbook B, i have some data in column A (cities) and on column D i have some values: numbers and some are letters.

I want to highlight with red the the whole row in workbook A, column A (which is identical with workbook B) but only if on column D is not empty and it contains numbers
If it contains letters in column D, to highlight with yellow the entire row in workbook A.

P.s.: the entire row means until column M (where i have data, not the blank ones after column M)

If it's not clear, please let me know.

in Workbook B i have and I want:

A	B	C	D	E	F	G	J

5				strawberry

</tbody>

So I want to be highlighted based on the values from workbook A in column "D" (if it has NUMBERS Only, to be background red and white text), if it contains letters in column "D" (workbook A), to be yellow. If it contains nothing, to remain the same.
