    Default Excel Split Data

I have a pdf that I wanna convert to Excel - I had used an extention to convert it to excel format -
But the data structure in EXCEL file is all merged - that is multiple rows are given as a single merged cell

Is there any possibility to convert the data in a excel as separate records per row

    original Format for reference

Any suggestions would be very helpful
