Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
How about
Code:
Sub tonywatson()
   Dim Cl As Range, Rng As Range

   For Each Cl In Range("J11", Range("J" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
      If Cl <> Cl.Offset(-1) Then
         If Rng Is Nothing Then Set Rng = Cl Else Set Rng = Union(Rng, Cl)
      End If
   Next Cl
   If Not Rng Is Nothing Then Rng.EntireRow.Insert
End Sub
