Excel displaying differently on similar laptops...

Not sure where to start with this...I have the "desktop" version 1903, build 11425.20244 of Excel installed on 2 Dell Inspiron laptops running Windows 10. The laptops are the same model but one is the current year & the other the previous year. The problem is that Excel looks different on the new laptop. Since it's the same version, shouldn't it look identical? Is there a system setting I'm missing? I worked with Dell support & they are no help. Again, I appreciate any direction as I've looked around onlilne & haven't had any luck.

You are going to have to explain what "looks different" actually means to get any help with this matter. Is it just colours, or is it othere things as well?
