Hello! 1st time poster here!

I have a manifest of a semi truck that is being delivered. (1500 items at random)

Column N is the price
Column O is the unique Identifier Formatted blue if over $100, red if under $40, nothing if in between

We will scan the unique identifiers as they come off the truck (Completely random order) into column P

I have it formatted to show up as duplicate (Dark red Text) but I'd like it to copy the conditional formatting as well (blue, red, or none). Is that possible? Thank you!
