Have I written the following piece of code out correctly for handling errors?

The XXX for error code is my own reference sheet of "error codes" so I can see which of the 187 modules (talk about a mess...) has an error and the other error code should come from excel. I want this to allow the user to reset or reference a userform which allows the userform to "reset" the workbook through other coding of mine..

On Error Goto Helper

Exit Sub
resp = MsgBox("We're sorry to see you've encountered an error." & vbCrLf & "To Proceed, we recommend you contact with the Developer with error code [xxx]" & Err.Description & "." & vbCrLf & "To attempt to patch your problem at least temporarily, we recommend you click [Yes] to see help directions. Would you like to continue?", vbYesNoCancel, name)
        If resp = Yes Then
            'Call Userform18
            MsgBox ("Success")
        ElseIf resp = No Then
            Exit Sub
        ElseIf resp = Cancel Then
            Exit Sub
        End If
