I am working on a project for a companies payroll. What I am doing is taking payroll data and using a button to automate and organize the data to enter into our accounting software. I am moving along nicely, but the problem I am seeing is when an employee leaves or are added and their VBA code needs to be updated. Is there a way for the user to enter the employees name and data to be updated in the module with out opening the module and adjusting the code?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Fraid not.
However depending on your code, you could put a list of names on a sheet & point the macros at that.
