Is there any way to have Navigation buttons (like Access record selectors) on an Excel Form?

I have a Form displaying pictures.. and would like to enable Next-Previous-End. Because the picture uses
the whole Form (and can be dragged smaller/larger) extra controls on the Form aren't ideal as I can't resize them.

Also in Access I can show the picture as it changes size, but in Excel it distorts/flashed white as it moves. Anyone have a fix for that?
I've been able to hide it while it resizes, which is sort of ok but seeing it would be better.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Code:

Just before the change of image in your code, paste this line : Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Just after the change of image in your code, paste this line : Application.ScreenUpdating = True
