Good afternoon.

As basic as possible:

I have a field (Response) with 5 different possible results (V Likely, Likely, Neither, Unlikely, V Unlikely), coming in by month (01/mm/ccyy). In a pivot table, I am representing these as percentages of parent column (month), so for example I have those 5 results listed as 76.09%, 21.74%, 0%, 0%, and 2.17%, totalling 100%.

I am trying to add a field called for positive % only, which will comprise "V Likely" and "Likely".

The formula in my head is new field "Positive" to be calculated from [='Reponse'="V Likely" + 'Response'="Likely"]

How do I do this in a calculated field please? Nothing I've tried has worked.

Many thanks in advance,

Andy

Hello,

I might be able to help you if you provide an example of the data and what you would like the new field to look like. I can't tell if you just want the positive values added together or not because you only used V Likely and Likely in your example, but Unlikely is also positive.
