1. Cash Flow Projection Probabilty

I have a years worth of Cash Flow projections for Capital projects that are based on the start and end dates of construction. Each month i have been tracking the actual's compared to what the projections were and creating a chart based on the projections and actual's.

now i am being tasked with making a cone of probability graph that shows what the probability will be that are cash flow will hit the projections. I am not sure the best was of going about this. The red text is actuals
