Attempting to Look up exact data match in 1 column and return header from another column based on 2nd lookup value

Using Time as a lookup value - column A, then looking to return the header of the column that has value greater than specified trough concentration.

Example - at time = 7.00 hrs , concentration = 8.6, would like it to return q36h

Adapted this formula from another post

=(LOOKUP(B16,INDEX('ODA Gent Nomogram'!A3:E171,MATCH(B14,'ODA Gent Nomogram'!A3:A171,1),0),'ODA Gent Nomogram'!C2:E2))

Doesn't return correct value, in above example returns q48h

I think I'm close, but not sure where I'm off.

Try changing this:

=(LOOKUP(B16,INDEX('ODA Gent Nomogram'!B3:E171,MATCH(B14,'ODA Gent Nomogram'!A3:A171,1),0),'ODA Gent Nomogram'!C2:E2))

This might still be off if your B16 value exactly matches one of the values. You might want to try:

=(LOOKUP(B16-.001,INDEX('ODA Gent Nomogram'!B3:E171,MATCH(B14,'ODA Gent Nomogram'!A3:A171,1),0),'ODA Gent Nomogram'!C2:E2))
