VBA HTML Table

Hi all, will need some help on using excel vba to extract a specific row and column of a html table. I m actually trying to check on a values base on a specific row n column, if the value if true then it will click on the button at the end of the row. Please do explain on the codes as I do not have much background on coding n still learning. Please assist. Thanks.

Suggest you offer more detailed information. Web site?, cells to compare?, etc. VBA is very specific and not generic so explaining how to do this is not feasible without an example.
