Move two rows at the same time to adjacent columns

My original table is:

I need the following result:

A	B	C
Title1	Title 2	Title 3
Description 1	Description 2	Description3

</tbody>

Thank you. I can't get to run this macro on my Excel for Mac, it hangs. Something's off, not the VBA, it's on my end.
