limited the formula !

Dears,
i need to limited the below formula and make it working automatically when i increase the column the row increasing after divided it

i used the below formula
=INDEX('[TESTSHeet.xlsx]Customers INFO'!$B$2:$B$201,ROWS('[TESTSHeet.xlsx]Customers INFO'!$B$2:I2)+(COLUMNS('[TESTSHeet.xlsx]Customers INFO'!$B$2:I2)-1)*'Agents INFO'!$E$1)
