Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could show me how to get this formula below to: only match the last 6 digits of the cell BA5, rather than an exact match, Is this possible using this formula below or would I need VLOOKUP?

=IFERROR(INDEX(HB_Rota!$H$3:$NH$80,MATCH(Mon!BA5,HB_Rota!$B$3:$B$86,0),MATCH(Mon!$R$1,HB_Rota!$H$2:$NH$2,0)),"")

Many Thanks

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Try
=IFERROR(INDEX(HB_Rota!$H$3:$NH$80,MATCH(right(Mon!BA5,6),HB_Rota!$B$3:$B$86,0),MATCH(Mon!$R$1,HB_Rota!$H$2:$NH$2,0)),"")

Perhaps:

=IFERROR(INDEX(HB_Rota!$H$3:$NH$80,MATCH("*"&RIGHT(Mon!BA5,6),HB_Rota!$B$3:$B$86,0),MATCH(Mon!$R$1,HB_Rota!$H$2:$NH$2,0)),"")
