I have tried to apply CF to use fill color Blue to Highlight Col A:C where "Total Sales WIP" appears in Col A

It would be appreciated if someone could assist me, by providing the steps to do this

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Select columns A:C for all rows you want to apply the Conditional Formatting to, then enter the following CF formula (in this example, I am assuming row 2 is your first row):
Code:
=$A2="Total Sales WIP"
and then choose your desired formatting.
