Hi,

First time posting-

I have two sheets and I need to reference a job number from one sheet to see if it appears on the other sheet and if it does to return the time when that job was started so I can work out how long it took before the job was finished.

My issue is that the job number is say 6108812 or 6108819 for when the job finished and in the sheet that I need to know when it was started the jobs are batched so it will say 6108810-6108820 all started at 9:50:14

Is there a way I can get it to return the value if my job number falls in between the two other numbers.

I hope that makes sense.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Maybe something like this:

Excel Workbook
AB
1Job #Start Time
261088129:50:14
Sheet1
Excel Workbook
AB
1Job #'sStart Time
26108800-61088098:25:00
36108810-61088209:50:14
46108821-610883010:05:06
Sheet2
