I am trying to find the coresponding code that goes along with the clock in and clock out times. I have tried everything and cannot find a solution. Please help. For example< I need the times between 5:45 Am and 5:59 Am to correspond with code 2. The formula I have used is =LOOKUP(2,1/(E4<=A4:A9)/(F4>=A4:A9),K4) but it does not bring up the right code.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi, welcome to the board.

I have tried everything and cannot find a solution
There is therefore no solution ? :)

Or maybe we can find one.

Help us out with your data please.

I need the times between 5:45 Am and 5:59 Am . . .
Which times ?
Your data has 4 columns of time data, all dfferent.

... to correspond with code 2
What does this mean ?
What is code 2 ?
I see no reference to anything like code 2 in your data.

The formula I have used is =LOOKUP(2,1/(E4<=A4:A9)/(F4>=A4:A9),K4)
This would be useful information if we knew which columns your data was in.
But we don't.
I'm guessing column A is NOT the column headed "Tran Type", which implies that column A is not even shown in your data.
So if that's the case, what does column A look like ?
