Hi All,

I control a monthly sales forecast - sales people enter their forecast for the month but then can amend this at 2 dates in the month (approx 10th and the 20th), it is then fixed.

I need to track the changes they make; example.

Cell B1 they enter £100,000 for June

On the 10th they may change this cell to £80,000

On the 20th they change it to £90,000

I need a cell or a copy of the forecast on another sheet (it doesn't matter) to record 3 numbers. So £100,000, then on the 10th, £80,000 then on the 20th £90,000.

The spreadsheet has multiple customer forecasts and covers the year but thought I would focus on one entry to simplify.

Thank you

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hi, welcome to the board.

If this is a standard feature of your business, why not just have three columns for each month, showing 1st F/C, 2nd F/C, and 3rd F/C ?
