Hi there, I have 3 columns of data in the following format: 1234 99 1234567 and I want to get it all into one column but in 2 different formats as such: 1234991234567 and 1234-99-1234567.

Would be most grateful for any help

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
If you concatenate them in D, you'll string them together as text.

Code:
=A1&B1&C1

If you have Flash Fill (Excel 365 or 2016) you can use that in E by typing the pattern 1234-99-1234567 into E1 and then from the Data tab, run Flash Fill.

Alternatively,

Code:
=A1&"-"&B1&"-"&C1

Assuming your values are in cells A1, B1 and C1...

You can combine them without hyphens like this:

Code:
= CONCAT( A1:C1 )

Or you can combine them with hyphens like this:

Code:
= TEXTJOIN( "-", TRUE(),  A2:C2 )
