Hi, I tried different steps two subtract two times (cell b-cell a) using calucated fieldd and output the total in cell c but my output is totally wrong. Could someone look into this for me. Much appreciated. Shall I upload sample file? Thank you

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

what are the values of the 2 cells your subtracting, what are you hoping to see as the return value, what is the current value showing that is wrong

If the time values are in the same column in the original Table, then you have to use PowerPivot and the DAX language to handle the additional criteria.
Also, some of the "updates" to Pivot Tables have Date and Times as Labels Only preventing them from even going into the Value fields.

A sample file can be shared using a third party service such as DropBox, OneDrive or Google drive. Clean any sensitive information from your file before sharing the link.
