Formula - distributing data over months

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

I see that a lot of people have looked but I may have not done a good job explaining what I am trying to do.

If the only data I have is (Start Date / End Date / Y1-Y10). The Y are years (12 months of data).

I am trying to put the values in Y1 through Y10 on a timeline by month. I have 1000s of rows of these.

My biggest challenge is the data changing by year as I already have a formula that works if the data does not change through the years (seen below).

IF(AND(month>=Start Date, month<=End Date, value, 0) Value being that the number in Y1-Y10 does not change. Month being the date on the timeline.

Hope this helps. Thank you
