Macro - VBA - to display message based on condition

Hi


I have the attached table. When user press submit button,
I want to display the following message


Based on the column C, "Add or Remove":
Thanks for your license request.
You have requested to add the following modules:
Text1, Text3, and Text 4 (Quantity 5), Text 5 (Quantity 5)


You have requested to remove the following modules:
Text 4 and Text 6 (Qty-5)


Your next month bill will increase by $6.00
(if the bill is reducing i.e. Licence Cost Change is negative then the following message)
Your next month bill will decrease by $6.00


Please let me know if you need more information.

does that presume only one licence request, as you are not specifying multiples or reduced ownership costs for bulk

longer established users can usually modify the thread within a few minutes, beyond that you cannot. This stops members restating their question weeks after changing the context
