Get Name from Alias in Global Address List VBA

Good afternoon, I found the following functions to get information from the GAL, the first one (GetAliasFromName) collects the Alias based on the user name and it works smoothly, however, the second one (GetNameFromAlias) is intended to do the opposite and Im getting the same incorrect result when I use it: 01_New Requests

I will appreciate if any of you could take a look and have some pointers, or possible solutions, thanks ahead for your help.
