Hi all... is there a formula that would return TRUE if the date in a cell is in Current year?

For example, in A1, i type in the date... I would like B1 to say "TRUE" or "Current Year"

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
In Cell B1
=IF(YEAR(TODAY())=YEAR(A1),"TRUE","False")

Replace True/False with any required wording

Cheers
